Abstract

Satisfaction represent the comparison of service quality that was obtained or felt with the desire, requirement, and expectation (Tjiptono, 2001:54). Patient as service user of treatment service is entitled to claim the treatment service matching with its rights, that is plenary and certifiable treatment service. Research about level of patients satisfaction that doing therapy of Hiperbarik Oxygen (HBO) to service of nurse tender have never been executed previously and pursuant to observation that was conducted by a nurse tender in executing its function only follow the routine procedure. The type of this research is Descriptive that is a research method that conducted with a main purpose to make a descriptive about Level of Patient Satisfaction Experiencing Therapy of Hiperbarik Oxygen to Service of Nurse Tender in Lakesla Drs. Med R. Riyadi Sastropanoelar, Phys objectively, data were collected by using the questioner with cross sectional approach. Population in this research are the patient whose experiencing therapy of Hiperbarik Oxygen (HBO) in Lakesla, the number of sample in this research are 90 whose taken by using quota sampling technics. Data processing was conducted by doing tabulation of frequency. The result of this research that have been start on January until February 2009 showing, for the Dimension of Tangible : level of patient satisfaction whose experiencing therapy of Hiperbarik Oxygen (HBO) to service of nurse tender in Lakesla Drs. Med R. Riyadi Sastropanoelar, Phys Surabaya Satisfied mean (47.78 %). For the Dimension of responsiveness: level of patient satisfaction mean (44.44 %), Dimension Reliability : level of patient satisfaction mean ( 47.78 %), Dimension Assurance : level of patient satisfaction most Satisfying ( 55.56 %), and for the Dimension of Empathy : level of patient satisfaction most satisfying ( 44.44 %). As a whole level of patient satisfaction whose experiencing therapy of Hiperbarik of Oxygen to service of nurse tender of most satisfying ( 54, 44 %). Services of nurse tender in Lakesla Drs. Med R. Riyadi Sastropanoelar, Phys Surabaya need to be developed further. In turn, all components mentioned above will improve patient satisfaction as a final goal of management especially nursing management in therapy of Hiperbarik Oxygen (HBO).
