Abstract
Aging is prosess loose of tissue capability to repairmen his self to defend the structure and function normally. As a result of the aging process the elderly who have maladaptive coping will be vulnerable experience problems low self-esteem. One of the interventions that can be done to overcome the issues of low self-esteem is reminiscence therapy. Using method pre-post test with sharing experience they have in the past. The result was obtained increase self esteem level before and after the reminiscence therapy was given in UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan Surabaya. Keywords : Self-concept, Reminiscence Therapy, Elderly
